    Finally started my 65g Marine tank build

    So now that work and golf have finally slowed down I began to work on my sw setup. I built the stand last winter and bought the tank and almost everything needed to have a sw tank then spring and summer came and it all got tucked away in the spare bedroom. So I guess I`m back and started up this project again today.

    Drilled my overflow and return hole in my tank;

    Hopefully I will find time to finish the sump tank this week and then i`ll be able to plumb it.

    NICE Glenn! SW is going to dominate.. muahaha... There is nothing like it that's for sure.

    What are you planning to stock it with? Equips? Reef/FOWLR? Tell me all about your plans... lol

    Yep for sure, take your time... but that doesn't mean you can't SHARE what you're going to do! LOL

    My tank will be a year old in two weeks, and I've only got a handful of fish and a good little junk of corals. Still want way more... However patience is key :)

    I finished my refugium sump tonight. Hopefully there will be no leaks in it when I do a water test on the compartments this weekend.

    Here`s a shot of the tank sitting on the stand. I will hopefully get started on the plumbing this week.

    With any luck I may have water circulating in my setup within a couple of weeks!

    The sump is my old 31g waterhome. It`s the largest i could fit in the stand so that worked out well i didn`t have to buy another.

    Can`t wait to get water flowing through the system! I need 1 plumbing fitting for my return line that I hopefully can track down this week and a little black silicone around my overflow box. Other than a few minor things she is ready to go asap! Heading to AFK tomorrow for my first visit.
