    *When asking for help with your fish*

    Sometimes people need help FAST with their fish.

    In some cases, your fish will be dead before we even know what the problem was. Generally due to lack of information.


    Moving forward, please copy and paste this list of questions, and then fill in your answers.


    It may seem like a lot of questions to fill out, but it will get to the root of your problem a lot faster and may possibly lead to saving your fish's life.











    Copy and paste into your own thread, the following:


    what is the problem you are having? (describe problem, symptoms and what you feel might be the cause)

    Great idea! Also, some people may have forgotten, we do have the Emergency thread, in case the problem is truly dire and you may need hands-on help ASAP.
