Rock Shrimp-Freshwater

Any one out there with any experience, no, experience with keeping, not eating freshwater rock shrimp, I have 4, were doing well, quite active, molted, but now not so active. Trying to research is disgusting, as they show up with google pics on a plate. In with Geos and angels, not being picked on, but questioning quieter tank, which I could switch too.

Any advice would be appreciated.

Did they molt recently? Its my understanding that they hide for a while after molting while their new shell hardens up. I have a crayfish but I havent had it long enough to see it molt yet.
