September ECAS Social!

Well folks I am sure you will agree this is well overdue!

We are very excited to announce that ECAS has secured a location and a social is in the works

Big shout out to Sawdust who was awesome enough to hook us up with the Aylesford Firehall!
This is going to be a great time with friends, great conversation and food!
I am very excited to see lots of familiar faces, and the opportunity meet more members. We will have swap tables, door prizes and a 50/50 draw!

All members planning to attend, please respond in this thread so we can make sure to have enough food for everyone. If you have any food allergies we should be aware of, please send me a pm!

As for the details:

Date: September 27th
Time: 3:30-5:30 (BBQ at 5)
Address: 1083 Park St, just 2 minutes from the highway!

Also being that tomorrow is chat night, come join us in the chat room (starting at 7 pm) would love to get so feedback for social, after all this is for all members and new ideas are always welcome!

Anyone who might be interested in setting up a swap table, send me a pm and we can make arrangements to get you in early to set up.

I can provide extension cords for air pumps, filters, etc. if anyone is bringing fish in tanks or totes. We have plenty of tables and chairs, and i will have the doors open early for people to unpack and get set up.
