Kenya trees as well. They grow fast and look nice. That's what I started with.
    70g cube - saltwater reef
    55g - African cichlids

What kind of lights do you have? Soft corals are beautiful and there are so many different kinds, but if your lights can support it euphyllia is very easy as well

I'm by no means an expert but when my sw tank was set up, I had good luck and loved the look of my duncan coral. It is a little higher level of care than beginner though. I second the Kenya Trees as being easy to care for.

I am just beginning my dabbling in corals and my kenya tree appears idiot proof and very satisfying. I'm also quite pleased with my zoas. Now my birdsnest coral, I can't really tell if it's dying or ok....;-) I guess time will tell.
