New addition ; Giant Gourami - Osphronemus goramy

Picked this guy up an hour or so ago from sue , he's a beauty and in great shape so far he's also getting along with the aro so fingers crossed it stays that way, if not he will get moved in with the bichirs or Pleuros.

Just snapped a couple quick pics . please Excuse the dirty glass , cleaning it tends to get my aro worked up so I'm holding off until the gourami gets settled in. Once they have established a pecking order I'll wipe it down and get better pics.

They both look amazing! Best wishes for a quiet settling in.

Thanks everyone , the combo was short lived around 9pm last night the aro turned on him as he has countless other tankmates/species that I've tried introducing .

Luckily I was watching closley and got the Gourami out and moved into a diffrent tank before the aro could finish him off. He lost a chunk of tail but nothing that won't grow back and hes now very happy In the new tank with only a few small bichirs as tankmates.
