Best way to upload pics is either through tap a talk or upload to a third party website.
When you say everything else is are low, what parameters do you mean specifically and what do you mean by low?
Any chance the fish is holding?
Other then sunken belly and not eating anything else stand out?
    Have you seen it poop?
How many other peacocks, what kind? And are they all fine?
When is the last time you added fish?

do you use tap a talk or use https://imgur.com for photos? Did you quarantine the new fish that were added 2 weeks ago? Is this particular fish being picked on?

It is possible the fish might have parasites, but I tend to be hesitant to treat when not 100% sure

A clear or white poop would indicate parasites or worms.Meds are expensive and sometimes more than a single fish is worth.
