Angelfish eye

Not sure you guys can tell by this photograph but my angel has something going on with his left eye, it's not Popeye I don't think it's more like a hood is growing over half of his eye.

no I don't keep them in a bowl he's having a salt bath which made it easier to get a photo, he lives in a sparsely planted 80 gallon community tank with other angels and various fish none of which are exhibiting a similar issue.

Any help identifying the cause would be appreciated.

I will have to get a new kit for testing I I'm out ATM. In the meantime i will ramp up water changes only doing one 30 percent a week.

The weird looking bubble portion seems to have deflated his eye appears to be going back to somewhat normal here's a shot of each side I'll keep an eye on it further
